1. Pumice Stone Use: After soaking your feet, use a pumice stone to gently scrub
away dead skin on your heels and soles.

When: 2-3 times a week after a foot soak.

How: Gently rub the pumice stone in a circular motion on rough areas.

2. Nail Care: Trim and file your toenails regularly to prevent ingrown nails. Use
a cuticle oil or any light oil to nourish the cuticles.

When: Once a week.

How: Trim nails straight across, and gently push back the cuticles.

3. Footwear: Wear comfortable, breathable shoes to prevent friction and hardening

of the skin. Choose cotton socks to allow your feet to breathe.

Foot Cream Suggestions

Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Foot Cream: Deep moisturizing formula for dry,
cracked feet.
Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Foot Magic Cream: Provides intense hydration and
softens rough feet.
Flexitol Heel Balm: Works well for cracked heels and hard feet, softening the
skin over time.

Hydration and Diet for Foot Care

Drink Water: Keep your skin hydrated by drinking at least 2 liters of water
daily. Hydration promotes softer skin.
Vitamin-Rich Foods: Incorporate foods rich in vitamin E (nuts, seeds, and leafy
greens) and omega-3 (fish, flaxseeds) to nourish your skin from within.

By following this routine consistently, you can gradually soften your feet, reduce
hard spots, and maintain smooth, healthy skin.
