ACC Kymore Cement Plant-
• 3 x 66 TPH, AFBC Boilers of ABL make Renovated by CVL in underfeed system,
• 1 x25 MW Steam Turbine of ABB make and 1x25 MW Steam Turbine of BHEL make.
• Governing System of WOODWARD- 509 and 505,
• DCS Control System of TATA HONEYWELL and
• Turbine Monitoring of BENTLY NEVADA 3300.
Current Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Operation and Maintenance of 2*60 TPH Boiler.
Previous Experience:
• Responsible for Operation and Maintenance of 2x 25 MW TG Set and its Auxiliaries like BFPs,
CWPs, CEPs, Instrument & Conveying Compressors, FD, ID & PA Fans, AC System, Cooling
Tower, Coal handling & Ash handling Systems etc.
• Responsible for Startup, shutdown, Normal Operation, Load Management and Handling of
Various emergencies during Operation of the Unit.
• Hands on Experience of Control Room Operation of Boilers, TG Set and its Auxiliaries through
DCS.
• Active participation in Efficiency Improving through Reduction of Auxiliary power
consumption, TPM, 3M, Cost Reduction and Safety Activities in the Unit.
• Monitoring and Maintaining Environmental Norms and Efficiency Related parameters.
