Subject: OFFER LETTER

Dear Ritika,

With reference to your application / Bio data received subsequent interview on 15th. October 2024, we have the
pleasure to offer you the post of Merchandiser.

Your appointment will commence from 04th. November 2024 in accordance with the rules and practice of the
factory relating thereto either in force or as amended from time to time. Your monthly salary (CTC) break up is as follows:-

Basic Salary :- 17000.00


HRA:- 8000.00
Conveyance :- 8000.00
Special / Other Allce.:- 5000.00

Terms and Conditions

1. Initially you shall be on probation for a period of six (6) months from the date of your joining and the said period of
probation shall be liable to be extended or dispensed with solely at the discretion of the management.

2. During or at the expiry of your probation period of the extended period of probation, the management / Company will have
the right to terminate your services without any notice or without assigning any reason and unless confirmed in writing, you
will continue to be on probation.

3. If you remain absent for 8 consecutive days without permission in writing of the management or if you proceed on leave
without sanction or over stay the sanctioned leave for 8 consecutive days without first getting it sanctioned your services
shall automatically come to an end and it will be presumed that you have abandoned the employment of your own accord and
you will further be liable to give one month’s salary in lieu thereof which , if necessary will be adjusted from payment of
your earned wages or other benefits.

4. You shall be whole time employee of the management and shall not engage yourself in any work or business or profession
either honorary or otherwise.

5. In case of any change in the residential address during the course of your employment, it shall be your duty to intimate the
same in writing to the management, within 3 days from such change and shall also get the change effected, recorded in the
Register of Addresses maintained for the purpose by the management.

6. All communication sent to you by the management at your last given address shall be deemed to have been received by you
at correct address.

7. That you shall not utilize, disclose or divulge to any person or persons any information of this establishment, trade secret or
know-how of the management.

8. In case of any alleged act or omission constituting misconduct you may be placed under suspension pending enquiry and
shall not be entitled to any wages during the period of such suspension pending finalization of the enquiry initiated against
you.

9. Your services after confirmation can be terminated on One month’s notice on either side or salary in lieu thereof. However,
no notice will be necessary, if the management finds that the particulars supplied by you in your application for appointment
are false or any of your activity is found against the company or misconduct on your part.

10. That during the course of your employment you will discharge your duties efficiently and diligently to the best of your ability
and shall devote your whole time attention to the interest of the company and generally carryout duties and work as assigned
to you and shall obey and comply with all the lawful orders and direction given to you by the Directors of the Company. You
shall honestly, diligently and faithfully serve the organization and use your utmost endeavor to promote the interest of the
company.

11. That during the period of your employment, you will not work directly or indirectly for any other person, firm or company,
either with or without remuneration, nor will you engage yourself or be interested directly or indirectly in any trade or
business either as employer or employee or partner or adviser or in any other capacity.

12. That you will keep and maintain or cause to be maintained all files, documents, records and other papers, in strict
confidentiality, which you will have as your working papers.

13. You will execute the necessary jobs, as may be assigned to you by the management. You will also attend to any other work in
or outside the office that may be assigned to you from time to time by your superior.

14. You will be entitled to leave and other benefits, such as Bonus, Provident Fund, Gratuity etc. in accordance with the rules and
regulations of the company as may be framed from time to time.

15. Taxes as applicable, which shall be deducted, from your salary and/ or other dues. You shall be eligible to become a member
of the Company’s provident Fund as per rules. For going on duty from the place of employment, you will be governed by the
T.A rules of the company as are in force and/or amended from time to time.

16. Your services shall be liable to be transferred from one place to another and/or from one department to another and/or from
one post to another solely at the discretion of the management.

17. You shall be governed by standing order/service rules or directions / instructions given to you from time to time.

In case, the above offer is acceptable to you, please sign the second copy in token of your having accepted the same and return the said
second copy thereof for our records and make it convenient to present for duty by 04th. November 2024. In case of failure, your
appointment will be taken as deemed rejected and your re-appointment will be subject to the sole discretion of the management.
