During the period under report, I worked as PS to Director, Anti-Corruption Bureau, MINECO,
Aizawl. Being a Stenographer, my main duty is to take dictation, deal with the visitors and
telephone calls, checking of incoming and outgoing daks/files and keep record in Registers. I
also keep list of engagements, appointment, meeting etc. and I remind the Officer well in
time.
2. Please also indicate items in which there have been significantly higher achievements and
your contribution thereto.
Being PS to the Director, ACB, I ensured that the Director attended the meeting well in time
and apprised him of all the important telephone calls received during his absence.
