Permissible regulation for the Site.
• Project Site area : 8.5 acres / 34,398 sq.mts / 3,70,122 sq.ft
• Permissible FAR for this site : 4
• Permissible total built up area : 1,37,592 sq.mts
• Permissible ground coverage (40%) : 13,759 sq.mts

PERMISSIBLE TOTAL BUILT UP AREA – 1,37,592 sq.mts
Note:
As per NBC, occupant load for the following areas are:
Waiting area - 1.5 sqm/person.
Office area / business / industrial - 10 sqm/person.
Dormitory- 7.5 sqm/person
Example - 1 person in an commercial / office area would require
approximately 10sq.mt area. Thus a floor area of 1000 sq.mt should
accommodate 100 people therefore the toilet and services requirements
should be calculated accordingly.
