Good morning esteemed judges. My name is Anshika Goyal, and along with my co-founder Soham
Mukherjee, we built EnviroCase from the ground up. We are dedicated to revolutionizing the packaging
industry with our innovative recycled packaging boxes.. Today, I’m excited to share with you how
EnviroCase is transforming packaging and our vision for a greener future.

Market Analysis(Slide-3):

The global market for eco-friendly packaging is growing rapidly, driven by increasing environmental
concerns and consumer demand for sustainable products. Our primary markets include e-commerce
businesses, retail companies, and manufacturers that require packaging solutions. The CAGR of
environmentally friendly packaging is expected to be about 6.5% between 2024-2030. Key competitors
include traditional packaging companies and other eco-friendly packaging providers. EnviroCase
di erentiates itself through superior product quality, customization options, and a strong commitment to

What is EnviroCase?(Slide-5):

EnviroCase o ers a superior solution with our recycled packaging boxes. Made entirely from post-
consumer recycled materials, our boxes are robust, reusable, and fully recyclable. Our innovative
manufacturing process ensures high-quality products while minimizing environmental impact. By utilizing
recycled materials, we significantly reduce the need for virgin resources and decrease the carbon
footprint associated with cardboard production. Our boxes are engineered to be as durable as traditional
packaging while contributing to a circular economy. By choosing EnviroCase, businesses can reduce their
environmental impact and appeal to a growing base of environmentally conscious consumers.

Product Creation Process:(Slide-6)

We source agricultural waste locally from Indian farmers and use a process called “EcoPulping” to
convert the waste into fibers. We add virgin fiber sourced locally from recycled paper makers to improve
the quality of packaging boxes, add a binding agent, and press them into sheets. These sheets are cut,
shaped, and assembled into various box designs, ensuring durability and functionality. Each box
undergoes strict quality checks to ensure it meets our standards for strength and sustainability.

Problems Solved(Slide-7)

Every year, billions of cardboard boxes are discarded, contributing significantly to deforestation and
waste. The Environmental Protection Agency estimates approximately 37 million tons of cardboard waste
are generated annually. The traditional packaging industry is a major consumer of raw materials, leading
to deforestation, loss of biodiversity, and a significant carbon footprint. The production of new cardboard
from virgin materials is energy-intensive, accounting for about 4% of global industrial energy use. As
sustainability becomes more urgent, businesses and consumers are increasingly seeking eco-friendly
alternatives. Recycling and reusing agricultural waste into a packaging box helps reduce agricultural
waste that causes pollution and minimizes the need for cutting down trees for cardboard boxes. This
process also prevents air pollution from burning agricultural waste, which releases harmful smoke
emissions.

Business Plan: (Slide 8-9)

Our primary product is eco-friendly, recycled packaging boxes available in various sizes and designs
tailored for di erent industries. We o er customization options for branding, printing, and specific box
dimensions based on customer requirements. Our revenue streams include direct sales, customization
fees, and bulk orders with discounts for large volume clients. We also explore partnerships for exclusive
supply agreements or co-branded packaging solutions.

Our pricing strategy positions products at competitive rates compared to traditional packaging solutions,
with value-based pricing based on the added value of sustainability and customization. We o er volume-
based discounts, early-bird promotions, and seasonal o ers to attract and retain customers.

We sell through an online platform with an easy-to-use interface for ordering and customization, a direct
sales team to build relationships with key clients, and partnerships with distributors and retailers to
expand market reach. Our marketing e orts focus on emphasizing the environmental benefits and
superior quality of recycled cardboard boxes, utilizing digital marketing, trade shows, and customer
referrals.

We secure high-quality recycled materials from reliable suppliers and implement e icient production
processes with a focus on sustainability and quality control. Our logistics network ensures timely delivery
and distribution, and we regularly test products to ensure they meet industry standards and customer
expectations.

Key partnerships include suppliers of recycled materials and eco-friendly coatings, industry associations
to stay updated on trends, logistics companies to streamline delivery, and corporate partners for bulk
orders and long-term contracts.

Financial Projections: (Slide-10)

With our current growth rate, we expect to reach ₹1 crore in revenue within the next two years. Our
financial model shows a clear path to profitability, with an anticipated 20% year-over-year revenue
growth. We plan to use funds to scale production, expand marketing and sales e orts, continue research
and development, and build brand awareness.

Sales Plan: (Slide-11)

In the first year, we plan to sell around 1 million boxes, generating 60 lakh in revenue, and increase sales
each year. We aim to cover losses in the initial years and reach a break-even point by 2026. Our sales
strategy focuses on convincing companies to switch to EnviroBoxes by o ering prices similar to
traditional cardboard boxes.
