CANCELLATION OF MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


That WHEREAS, by a certain instrument in writing, made and executed in
CABANATUAN CITY Philippines, on the 31 st day of August 2021 known as Doc. No. 181 Page
No. 46 Book No. CC3; series of 2021 of Atty. Filemon E. Mangabas. Notary Public in and for
CABANATUAN CITY, Philippines, mortgaged to the ALALAY SA KAUNLARAN INC., a micro
finance institution duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the
Philippines with principal place of business at Cabanatuan City as security for the payment of
a loan in the sum of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php. 300,000.00) Philippine
Currency, under the terms and conditions stipulated therein, the real properties covered by
and described in Chattel Mortgage of FUSO Dump Truck with plate number CTT514, Engine
no. 4D32-591273 Chassis FE315BD 420179 of the Register of Deeds of Province of Nueva Ecija.
And, WHEREAS, the ALALAY SA KAUNLARAN, INC. represented herein by its Branch
Accountant, Diana Rose Tolentino, Filipino, of legal age and a resident of and with postal
address at San Leonardo, Nueva Ecija, Philippines, duly authorized and empowered to act in
this instance for and in the name of the said institution, has received the full consideration
named as the condition of said mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, the ALALAY SA KAUNLARAN, INC. does hereby release and cancel
the said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Register of the Deeds (for) of CABANATUAN as
Entry No.___ of the Daybook of the said office, In favor of CYNTHIA W. TUNGOL.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the ALALAY SA KAUNLARAN, INC. has hereunto set this hand at
CABANATUAN CITY Philippines, this 3rd day of August 2021.
