You run this goddamn podunk town. As local sheriff, you got a lot of weight to throw around this town. Officially or unofficially, you control everything that happens around here. But theres always more power to seize and more legal authority to abuse. A crooked cops work is never done.

Last night you got a call about a couple drunken kids breaking into the Victory Electrical Co-ops tiny zoo. When you got there, that Underwood kid was all tangled up in the laundry lines behind the hotel, right near the zoo. The prized albino badger King Kong went missing, too. Things worth a freaking fortune to the right sort of person. You brought Underwood in for questioning, but cant pin anything on em yet. You let the Underwood kid go, but only after you forced him/her to agree to a deal. Theyd spy on Manna Hotel guests for you, and youd kick them back a few bucks. You lied, suggesting that you had enough to convict them but were letting em off. Underwood caved quickly. Your real goal, though, is to get control of the Victory Electrical CoOp. That utility has a lot of swing in this town, and the Underwood kid recently inherited a controlling share of it, when his uncle died. If you can strongarm him just right, maybe youll be the one controlling the power to all the farms in the area.

Marty / Marcy Lowell
In order to scam the Underwood kid, you got together with your buddy Marty/Marcy Lowell. Lowells gonna fake up some official looking documents for you. Lowells good at making official looking documents, and youre gonna lie and tell the Underwood kid it has to do with the breakin. If he doesnt read the fine print, then the Co-Op will be yours. Lowell should be along shortly, with the papers. And all Lowell wanted in return was the ownership of the Co-ops weird, tiny zoo. You were happy to share. As long as Underwood doesnt lawyer up, the plan should work fine. Underwoods too afraid of being arrested to think things through carefully.

Youve heard rumors that your old high school girlfriend, Janie Lansing, is back in town. You loved her, but she broke your heart. You proposed to her, gave her a ring with a big fucking diamond, but she fled town and you didnt even get your ring back. She joined a convent, you thought. But now shes back, and she doesnt seem to have a habit or anything. That was all years ago, though. Why would she come crawling back now?

In order to scam the Underwood kid, you got together with your buddy Howard Roberts. Roberts is gonna fake up some official looking documents for you.
