• Customers will get instant cashback in the MMT wallet ( my Cash ) only on using Rupay Credit
Cards on UPI.
• RuPay Credit Cards on UPI provides a seamless, digitally enabled credit card lifecycle
experience. Customers can benefit from the ease and the increased opportunity to use their
credit cards. They can discover credit card accounts from the issuer bank based on their
 registered mobile number and link it to the UPI ID any UPI app. Post linking the card, customer
will be able to make payment to MakeMyTrip via their UPI app. Payment authentication will be

• To redeem the offer, after selecting the Flight / Hotel from the Listing page, Customer will have
to select or type Coupon code “ RUPAYCCUPI / RUPAYCCUPIINT “ from the list of available
Coupons on the Review page of MMT app or Website.

• Under Payments, Customer needs to select UPI payment mode and make payment to
MakeMyTrip via their UPI app by selecting Credit Card on UPI option and make payment via
their linked Credit card.

• Please note this offer cashback is applicable only on Credit Card on UPI paymode. Customer
will not get the cashback benefit in case he uses his Savings account linked to UPI to make the
payment. The Offer applicability is restricted to once per user per category.

• For flights, cashback will be calculated on the booking amount (excluding convenience fee and
any ancillaries purchased e.g.: meals, insurance).

• The offer is not valid on "Multi-City Flights" made through the "Multi-City" tab on MakeMyTrip
website.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with payments made through My Wallet (MakeMyTrip Wallet -
bonus amount), 3rd party wallets, Gift card and net banking payments.
• Offer is not applicable on payments made through Rupay NetBanking or App.
• The offer is valid on select properties on Hotels.
• For Hotels, Villas and Apartments, the cashback is to be calculated on hotel base price (pre-tax
price).
• The offer is not valid on pay at hotel or Book/Reserve-Now-Pay-later bookings.
• The offer is not applicable on payments made through My Wallet (MakeMyTrip Wallet - bonus
amount), 3rd party wallets, Gift card and net banking payments.
• The offer is not applicable on payments made through RupayNetBanking.
• If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase after the cashback amount is availed,
MakeMyTrip will deduct the cashback amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall
apply
• If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless
of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other
rescheduling/cancellation fees.

• If the customer doesn't receive the cashback, he/she must raise the claim at
https://support.makemytrip.com/MyAccount/MyIncidents/NewComplaint within 3 months
from the booking date. In the event the cardholder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for
the cashback amount.
• This offer is NOT applicable on Rupay commercial cards.
• Add-on cards will be treated as separate cards.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of MakeMyTrip.
• Offer is only valid on the eligible BINs shared by Rupay. If the BIN series of the card does not
match with the one provided by Rupay to MakeMyTrip, then the cardholder will need to
approach Rupay and MakeMyTrip shall be entitled to withhold or deny the offer to the
customer.
• MakeMyTrip & Rupay reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and
without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these
terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar
to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• For any card related claims, the customer will need to approach the Bank. MakeMyTrip shall
not entertain any such claims.
• MakeMyTrip is the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms.
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, MakeMyTrip
reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
• In no event will the entire liability of MakeMyTrip under this offer exceed the amount of
promotional cashback under this offer.
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential
damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
• User Agreement and Privacy Policy of the MakeMyTrip website will apply.
• Customers who are travel agents by occupation are barred from making bookings for their
customers and MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to
cancel such bookings. For such cases, MakeMyTrip shall not refund the booking amount.
• Any queries, escalations, dispute related to the services made available on the MakeMyTrip
needs to be directly addressed by MakeMyTrip. Rupay will not be responsible for the same in
any manner
• Rupay shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise
out of use or otherwise of any services availed by the customer under the Offer.
• Rupay and MakeMyTrip reserves the right to disqualify/ exclude any Cardholder from the offer,
if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the
benefits under the offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• Rupay shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of services.

• The participation in the offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation
by the Cardholders shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
• The Merchant & Axis Bank reserves the right to modify / alter the offer or all or any of the
terms applicable to the offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation
whatsoever. Axis Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the offer without assigning any
reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• In case of all matters relating to the offer including any dispute or discrepancy relating to the
offer or eligibility of any Cardholder, Axis Bank’s decision shall be final and binding on
Cardholders in all respects.
• Axis Bank only offers discount on purchase of goods and services of The Merchant by using
Axis Bank Credit & Debit Card and Axis Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation
about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered/sold by The
Merchant. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods and/or services must be resolved by the
Cardholder with The Merchant directly without any reference to Axis Bank. Additional
discount offered by the Bank is solely for promoting usage of Axis Bank Debit and Credit card.
• Images provided in promotions are only for pictorial representation and Axis Bank does not
undertake any liability or responsibility for the same.
• Nothing contained herein shall constitute or be deemed to constitute an advice, invitation or
solicitation to purchase any products/ services of The Merchant or any third party and is not
intended to create any rights and obligations.

• The terms and conditions governing the offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution /
derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Credit Card / Debit Card issued

• Axis Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements to intimate the successful
Cardholders about the discount under the offer.
• The offer is not available wherever prohibited and products/ services for which such programs
cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
• Logos/trademarks used are owned by respective entities. Axis Bank has been authorised to
use these logos/trademarks for offer promotion purposes.
• Any person taking the advantage of this offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and
accepted these terms and conditions.
• Any dispute relating to the offer or the terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction
of the courts in Mumbai only.
