07:00 AM – 1 cup giloy water
07:30 AM – 1 glass fenugreek seed water
08:00 AM – 1 glass lukewarm water + overnight soaked nuts and seeds (5 almonds + 2 walnut halves
+ 1 tsp raw pumpkin seeds)
08:30 AM – 09:00 AM (Breakfast) – omelette of 4 eggs white + 2 slice of bread roasted + green
chutney
12:00 PM – 1 cup ginger tulsi green tea (organic India)(lukewarm) + 1 apple/1 guava/1 orange + 1
bowl roasted fox nuts
01:30 PM – 02:00 PM (Lunch) – 2 jowar chapattis + 1 bowl bhindi sabzi + 1 bowl curd + salad
04:00 PM – 1 cup tea (150 ml) (w/o sugar) + 1 bowl roasted chana/1 bowl roasted fox nuts
06:30 PM – 1 big bowl papaya (sprinkle 1 tsp raw pumpkin seeds + 1 tsp roasted flax seeds to it)
07:30 PM – 08:30 PM – gym/walk
09:00 PM – 09:30 PM (Dinner) – 2 jowar chapattis + 1 bowl sarson ka saag + salad
10:30 PM – 1 cup ginger tulsi green tea (lukewarm)
