I, The Petitioner is Govindan aged about 40 years,


S/o. Velayautham, Hindu residing at No.7/97, MayapillaryarKovil
Street, Aasiriyar Nagar, vaniyambadi town,Tirupattur Dt-635751.do
hereby solemnly affirm and sincerely states as follows:-
1. I am the 1st Plaintiff herein in the above suit. I am well acquainted in
the suit.I am humbly submit that are the legal hires of the one
marimuthu, the said marimuthu died on 29.10.2022 leaving behind to
me legal hires. The said Marimuthu had married 1st wife name is
valarmathi and 2nd wife name is Rajeshwari, out of the lawful wed lock of
1st wife valarmathi as the born of 2 to 4th Plaintiff, After during the life
time of the Marimuthu he had married one as his 2 nd wife of Rajeshwari,
with consent of 1st wife valarmathi and the 2nd wife of Rajeshwari, out of

the said wed lock living the plaintiff No. 6 and 7th plaintiffs is legal hairs .

2. I am further submit that after the death of the said Marimuthu on


29.10.2022.I am were living together as Hindu Undivided family. While
so the said Marimuthuheaving behind her the legal heirs. Therefore the
1st to 4thand 6th 7thPlaintiffs is legal hairs of (Late)Marimuthu as her legal
hairs.
Solemnly affirm states that in the above 2 paragraphs are true and correct and
best of my knowledge and singed on .04.2024 at Vaniyambadi.
