Bachelor of Hotel Management


UNIVOTEC Bachelor of Hotel Management is perfect for women and men who are in the hotel
industry looking to take the next step in their professional career. This programme is scheduled
conveniently for those working so that they can both work and gain important knowledge and
credentials.
i. NVQ Level 5/6 or equivalent qualification in the field of
Hospitality Management.
Or
ii. Any other qualification in the field of hotel and tourism with a
duration of one year (01) full time or equivalent in part time
offered by a Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission
(TVEC) registered training provider or an overseas institution
acceptable to the Academic Council of the University with
minimum two years (02) of experience in a hotel rating three
Entry Qualifications (03) star or above.
Note:
 Those who possess experience at middle managerial level will
be given priority.
 NVQ equivalency of a qualification should be certified by the
Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC) or
Committee on Equating or Validating certificates and
diplomas of National Apprentice and Industrial Training
Authority (NAITA).
