PROCEDURE
NOTE:
1 Cream the butter and sugar in a mixer until sugar is slightly dissolve.
2 gradually add the eggs
3 add the flour. Just mix until incorporated
4 wrap with cling film and store in the fridge until ready to use
5 Cut with the desired shapes
6 Bake in the rational oven 160c / 3 fan/ 0 humidity for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown.
