Dear Sir,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a recent notice I
received from your department, which alleges that I am engaged in illegal commercial
activity at my residence, located at 729 D block M. A Johar Town. The notice also imposes a
penalty for this purported violation.
I wish to clarify that this allegation is unfounded, as I am not using my property for any
commercial purposes. My home is solely a residential property where I live with my family,
and no business activity is being conducted here.
I kindly request that your department reevaluate this situation, as the notice seems to be based
on incorrect information. In order to resolve this matter, I am more than willing to cooperate
with your team. I welcome any inspection or surprise visit to my residence at any time to
confirm that no commercial activities are taking place.
