a. The above rate is the same for both single and double occupancy and information
regarding occupancy details should be taken at the time of booking.
b. For yearly, 9 months, 6 months, and 3 months, half of the total charges need to be
taken as advance in cash, in case of Cheque payment it should be deposited and
encashment made before the arrival date. For the remaining half of the charges
post dated cheque need to be taken dated 10 days before the end of the first half.
For the monthly payment full payment should be taken in advance.
c. The above rate is inclusive of Airport Transfers and Taxes.

II. WALK-IN RATES UNTIL 31ST OCTOBER 2006

Walk-in rates after 10:00 P.M. can go down up to AED 250/- & need be authorized by
FOM and FOM signature on the Reg. Card is a must.

Special FIT Walk-in’s package after 10:00 P.M. for guests who want to stay more than 3
Nights would be first night stay @ AED 200 and remaining nights @ AED 250.

All these FIT rates are inclusive of Buffet Breakfast , Airport Drop and Taxes.

III. AIRPORT COUNTER RATES UNTIL 31ST AUGUST 2006

MD has approved to quote AED 250 (inclusive of Taxes and Airport Transfers) for
DOTW, Alpha Tours, & Central Reservations Airport Counters until 31/08/06.

MD also approved to quote AED 250 (inclusive of Buffet Breakfast, Taxes, & Airport
Transfers) for GULLIVER Travels and GEO TV until 31/08/06.

Special package for Airport Counter as Approved by MD until 31/08/06.

Yearly Rate AED 250 per person (Full payment in advance)

B. NON-CORPORATE

Monthly Rate AED 500 per person (Payment in Advance)


3 Month Rate AED 350 per person (3 month payment in advance)
(For group more than 4 persons AED 300 per person)
