Revision of Projects: Removal of beneficiaries
■ FY 2015-16:
➢ A total of 74,880 beneficiaries were approved across 108 projects, out of
which 68,370 beneficiaries have been attached online.
➢ Out of the above, 66,911 beneficiaries have been confirmed by ULBs towards
construction of DUs.
➢ A total of 1471 Beneficiaries have opted out from the list of beneficiaries
attached for 46 projects out of 108 projects sanctioned due to reasons like
land issues, migration to other states, inability to pay beneficiary share etc..
These 1471 beneficiaries have to be removed from PMAY – MIS to achieve
final figure.
➢ BLC DPR approved for Bhatpara Municipality of North 24 Parganas district
comprising of 289 beneficiaries, will not be implemented. Hence, the entire
project may be treated as cancelled.
Revision of Projects: Removal of
beneficiaries
■ FY 2016-17:
➢ A total of 68,664 beneficiaries were approved across 42 projects, out of
which 54,742 beneficiaries have been attached online.
➢ Out of the above, 54,742 beneficiaries have been confirmed by ULBs
towards construction of DUs.
➢ A total of 53 Beneficiaries have opted out from the list of beneficiaries
attached for 42 projects out of 42projects sanctioned due to reasons
like land issues, migration to other states, inability to pay beneficiary
share etc.. These 53 beneficiaries have to be removed from PMAY –
MIS to achieve final figure.
Legal Heir cases in BLC projects
❑ FY 2015-16:
➢ A total of 216 beneficiaries are to be replaced by their respective legal
heirs due to death of the beneficiaries which are across 34 projects
➢ Following documents / testimonials are submitted :
➢ A database containing the details of deceased beneficiaries
alongwith their legal heir
➢ Death certificates of the deceased beneficiaries
➢ Legal heir certificates of the successors
