ACADEMIC INFORMATION:

Classes Start Date:


● Your batch start date & schedule will be shared with you via Email/Whatsapp 5-7 days
prior to the commencement. Keep watching out for your email frequently. You will also
be added to a Whatsapp group of your respective batch for all common communication.

Attendance:
● Maintaining at least 75% attendance is compulsory.
● You should inform the batch owner and faculty through an Email stating the reason, if you
have to miss the lecture for any urgent cause, then only you will receive the recording (recent
or pre-recorded).
● Those who are registered for the offline classes, are only allowed to take 15-20% classes
online, too with the prior approval of faculty or the batch owner, depending on the merit of
the case.

Curriculum Expectations:
● It is mandatory to write quizzes & this has to be done on completion of every module/class..
If you fail to do so then you will not be allowed to sit in the class.
● Feedback on the LMS Portal, is compulsory to fill, to avoid future misunderstandings and
acknowledgement of queries.
● If you have enrolled for Offline sessions, at any given day or in cases of unforeseen
circumstances, you want to attend online sessions, on merit of case, permission from the
Faculty or the Course Coordinator is mandatory.
● Contacting Batch Coordinator is compulsory before booking ACCA & CFA exam, which
helps you to have guidance, if you are ready for the exam or need more practice.
● Attending at least 2 Mocks from the portal & maintaining attendance are compulsory for
the eligibility of Doubt Sessions. Prior information at least 72 hours for scheduling
Doubt Session is advisable.
IMPORTANT POLICIES & GUIDELINES:

COURSE COMPLETION:
● You shall be regular and punctual in the classes, as late coming will make you miss
important concepts covered in the class. The Faculty reserves the right to deny entry after
10 mins of class start time.
● Course completion is marked from our end once the minimum time requirement of time
of course or the completion of course in class, whichever is earlier,
Minimum Duration of Course: ACCA- 2.5-3 Months Per Module, CFA- 7-8 Months for
Full Course, FM- 2.5-3 Months, BA-4 Months, BFA- 6-7 Months
● LMS Activation for each course is available for following duration:
ACCA: KL 15 Months SL-15 Months, CFA: 12 Months, FM: 9 Months, BA/BFA: 9
Months
● In case of need/unforeseen circumstances, if a student wants to transfer the Batch
(another branch), Batch Transfer Fee is applicable.
● Attempting practice quizzes after each module on LMS/ shared by faculty is mandatory.
If we observe you skipping mocks, then the Faculty or proschool reserves the right to
restrict you from sitting in the next lecture.
● You might have to sit for extra sessions that might be conducted on weekdays and
weekends for completion of course or doubt solving.
● If your attendance falls below 50% without prior intimation in writing to Proschool. Your
course will be suspended, reactivation and/or Batch transfer to be paid for further access
of the course.
● Proschool reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any Program or live
lectures/webinars, or to alter, modify or rearrange the schedule of topics.
● Mode of classes can be from Offline to online and can be shifted to next weekend in case
of any unforeseen circumstances.
● If you happen to enroll somewhere in the middle of the batch as per your request, an
undertaking needs to be signed mentioning that you shall take responsibility to complete
the missed portion from the pre-recorded lectures and be active in clearing out your
doubts from the faculty/Mentor.
● In case of faculty change only because of some unforeseen circumstances at the faculty’s
end, it will take at least one-two weeks to align a new faculty to your batch.
● Proschool Faculties are subject matter experts, and could be different for
Modules/Subjects.
● Submissions on deadlines are entertained for higher gradings, late submission could lead
to decrease in the submission marks in Financial Modelling/BA & BFA course.

REFUND POLICY:
● Refunds, if any, made only as per Terms and Condition | IMS Proschool
● In cases of refunds, organization reserves the right to make following deductions:
*Admission Fees
*In case students have opted for Financial Assistance, 12% interest is deductible.
*Cost of books & training cost (Per Subject)
*Cost of Complementary course offered.
● Refunds will be calculated on the basis of Actual Fee of Course, not discounted fees.

GENERAL T&C:
● Any act of discrimination (physical or verbal conduct) based on an individual’s gender,
caste, race, religion or religious beliefs, color, region, language, disability, or sexual
orientation, marital or family status, physical or mental disability, gender identity, etc,
will not be accepted
● If you are found intentionally damaging or destroying Institute property or property of
other students and/or faculty members, you will be penalized.
● Unauthorized possession, carrying or use of any weapon, ammunition, explosives, or
potential weapons, fireworks, contrary to law or policy.
● Smoking is prohibited in the Institute.
