This is to inform you that a complaint has been filed against you under Section 223(1) of the BNSS
regarding the dishonour of the cheque u/s 138 NI act, issued by you.
You are hereby notified to appear before the Court No. 12 of the Ld. Municipal Magistrate Sh.
Divyam Lila, East District, Karkardooma, Delhi, for the purpose of a pre-cognizance hearing.
You are required to present yourself in person/ counsel on Date fixed ___________ at 10 am and
bring along any documents or evidence you may wish to rely upon in your defence. And failure to
appear may lead to proceedings against you in your absence. Copy of the complaint and the
documents annexed are attached to this notice.

अधिनियम, 1881 की धारा 138 के तहत एक शिकायत दर्ज की गई है, जो आपके द्वारा जारी

आपको न्यायालय संख्या 12, माननीय नगर मजिस्ट्रेट श्री दिव्यम लिला, पूर्व जिला,
कड़कड़डूमा, दिल्ली के समक्ष पूर्व-संज्ञान सुनवाई के लिए उपस्थित होने का
निर्देश दिया जाता है। सुनवाई तारीख ___________ को सुबह 10:00 बजे निर्धारित की
गई है।
आप स्वयं या अपने वकील के माध्यम से उपस्थित हो सकते हैं। कृपया अपने साथ वे सभी

case, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:-
That the Deponent is the Authorized Representative of the Complainant in the above said
case and the summon/ notice of the present case has been served upon the Accused through
