Key Responsibilities:
● To effectively interact with doctors, hospitals, nursing homes and clinics, RMPs, PMWs
and other health care workers for promoting the offered services. Plan and organize
programmes with them.
● Conduct meetings, seminars, medical camps, awareness programme as per need to meet
the organizational goal.
● Availability of ambulance to the patient as per their needs.
● Should be able to explain the Hospitals/Clinics/Doctors service,care and treatments to
potential patients.Co-ordinate between patient and doctor in scheduling
appointments.Follow up with patients for appointment scheduling patient’s
records,details over email and telephone.
● Thorough knowledge about Medical Insurance rules & regulations.
● Should be able to negotiate with Insurance companies/ TPA.
● Prepare and submit PR reports
● Ability to work in a team environment should be good with handling people and making
avail care and treatment at the clinic,hospital or doctor.
● Maintaining & Updating patient details and following up with them.
● Should have a basic understanding of systems and processes that are to be followed in a
healthcare facility.
● To ensure excellent care and service to all the patients, to coordinate with doctor in
patient care whenever required, complaints redressal, feedback, to ensure all
appointments in time, preoperative and postoperative follow-up.
● Any other task assigned by supervisor/management.
