IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATES APPEARING IN OMR BASED EXAM
1. The candidate must reach the Examination Centre at the time as indicated against Reporting/Entry time at the Centre, in the Admit Card.
2. No candidate shall be permitted to enter the Examination centre after the Gate Closing Time.
3. No candidate shall be permitted to leave the Examination Room/ Hall before the end of the Examination.

5. All candidates are required to download the instructions enclosed with the Admit card and read them carefully, and strictly adhere to them.
This Admit Card consists of two pages: Page 1 contains the Candidate and Centre Details, and Page 2 includes 'Important Instructions for

CENTRE AND MADE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. SCANNED OR PHOTOCOPIED ADMIT CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR ENTERTAINED.
7. ACCORDINGLY, THE CANDIDATES ARE ADVISED TO KEEP A COPY OF ADMIT CARD WITH THEMSELVES FOR FUTURE REFERENCES ALSO.
THE CANDIDATE SHALL KEEP 2 RECENT COLOUR PHOTOGRAPHS (WITH NAME AND DATE MENTIONED ON IT) WITH HIM/HER, NOT OLDER

13. NO REQUEST FOR CHANGE IN EXAMINATION CENTRE SHALL BE ENTERTAINED.
No Candidate would be allowed to enter the Examination Centre, without printed copy of valid Admit Card and Declaration, Valid ID Proof,

and proper frisking. Frisking through Handheld Metal Detector (HHMD) will be carried out.
The Candidates will be permitted to carry only the following items with them into the examination venue:
Personal transparent water bottle
Personal hand sanitiser (50 ml)
A simple Blue/Black Ball Point Pen

Admit Card along with Self Declaration (Undertaking)
Additional passport size photographs for pasting on the Admit Card and Attendance sheets (with name and date mentioned on it),
not older than 06 month from the date of examination.

The Candidates must carry “Any one of the valid Photo Identification Proof in original issued by the Government” – PAN card/Driving
16. Licence/Voter ID Card/Passport/ Aadhaar Card (With photograph)/Printed E-Aadhaar (With photograph)/ Employee ID (Govt./PSU)/
College/University ID. Any Identification Document/Photocopies of Identification Document even if attested shall not be entertained.
17. The facility of the Scribe and extra time (if applicable) shall be available as per the existing rules and regulations with regard to the post.
The Candidates are NOT allowed to carry any other personal belongings including electronic devices, or mobile phones to the Examination
Centre. Examination Officials will not be responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings and there will be no facility for their safe
storage. Besides, possession of books, notes, bits of papers, geometry/pencil box, plastic pouch, scale, writing pad, eraser, cardboard, watch/
wrist watch, wallet, goggles, handbags, microphones, camera, headphones, pen drives, pager, Bluetooth devices, calculator, debit/credit

cards, electronic pen/scanners, food and beverage, arms/weapon, hair pins/clips, jewellery/ornaments etc and any objectionable items is
strictly prohibited in the examination premises/centre and possession of any such item shall be considered as a case of unfair means, non-
compliance of which shall lead to cancellation of candidature besides action under law. (The restriction shall however, not apply to items and
symbols of Religious Significance).
The Candidates may be debarred and disqualified from the examination for any of the following reasons:
Attempting the examination for someone else, that is, impersonation
Giving or receiving assistance of any kind during the examination & communication in any form to/from other candidates or outsiders
Leaving the test Centre without permission
Exchanging any papers, documents or any other material with other candidates or found to change the Seat allotted

Using prohibited aids, items not allowed, such as:
Communication / pervasive devices like mobile phone, camera, digital watch, smart watch, Bluetooth device, ear phone,
microphone, pager, health band
Printed or handwritten material, bits of paper, Calculator, Pen Drive, eraser, Log Table, electronic pen or scanner
Failing to follow instructions given by invigilators or is found indulging in any unfair means
20. Shoes/footwear with thick soles and garments with large buttons are NOT permitted.
21. No Candidate should adopt any unfair means or indulge in any unfair examination practices.
