ü Prize Distribution will be done around 3:00 P.M. All the
teams are expected to attend the same.
ü The organizing committee reserves the right to make
any last-minute change in the rules.
Objectives
1. Evaluate and analyze the business models of Quick
Commerce companies and identify key success
factors.
2. Understand current market trends and challenges
in the Quick Commerce industry and develop
strategies to address them.
3. Develop strategic solutions to real-world problems
faced by Quick Commerce companies, using critical
thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
General Rules:
1. Eligibility: Every student from KIT/KIMS is eligible
to participate.
2. Team Formation: Teams must consist of 2–3
members.
3. Competition Topic: The case study will focus on
"Quick Commerce “.
4. Case Study Details: At the start of the competition,
a case study along with five related questions on the
above topic will be provided.
5. Report Preparation: Teams are required to
analyze the case study thoroughly. A strategic
report must be prepared, ensuring that all five
questions are addressed in detail.
6. Presentation: After submitting the report, teams
will deliver a presentation. The presentation should
last between 3 to 5 minutes and cover the key
points and strategies from the report.
7. Time Allotment: Participants will have 30 minutes
to write and prepare their strategic report before
moving on to the presentation phase.
8. Gadget Policy: No electronic gadgets will be
permitted during the competition. Please plan
accordingly.
9. Evaluation: Both the report and the presentation
will be evaluated. The final decision of the judges will
be considered conclusive.

I. Objectives:
The Business Plan Show aims to:
• Provide a platform for students to present their business
ideas to a panel of judges and potential investors.
• Encourage the development of comprehensive business
plans.
• Foster creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Provide valuable feedback and learning experiences.
II. Eligibility:
All currently enrolled students (specify
department/major, if applicable) are eligible to
participate.
Teams can consist of at least 3 members. Individual
submissions may also be accepted.
Presentation Format:
• Each team will have 10 minutes to
present their business plan.
• Choose a professional and engaging
presentation style.
• Following the presentation, there will be a
(specify time) minute Q&A session with
the judges.
III. Business Plan Guidelines:
Your business plan should be a comprehensive document
covering the following key areas:
1) Executive Summary: A concise overview of the entire
business plan, highlighting key points and attracting reader
interest. (Written last, but placed first).
2) Company Description: Define the purpose and core values of
your business. Describe the long-term aspirations of your
business. Clearly describe your offerings and their unique
value proposition. Explain what sets your business apart
from competitors.
3) Market Analysis: Research and analyze the current market
and its potential for growth. Assess the industry landscape,
trends, and competitive forces. Identify your business's
strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
4) Product or Service Line: Provide a thorough explanation of
your product or service. Describe the current stage of
development (e.g., idea, prototype, launch). If applicable,
discuss any patents, trademarks, or copyrights.
5. Marketing and Sales Strategy: Marketing Plan: Outline your
marketing strategy, including target audience, channels, and

6. Financial Projections: Funding Request (if applicable): State the
amount of funding you are seeking and how it will be used.
IV. Judging Criteria:
Business plans will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
• Market Opportunity: The size and potential of the target market.
• Business Model: The viability and sustainability of the business
model.
• Financial Projections: The realism and soundness of the financial
projections.
• Marketing and Sales Strategy: The effectiveness and feasibility of
the marketing and sales plan.
• Innovation: The originality and uniqueness of the business idea.
• Presentation Quality: The clarity, conciseness, and persuasiveness
of the presentation.
• Overall Impression: The overall feasibility and potential for success
of the business
V. Submission Guidelines:
• Deadline: Business plans must be submitted
electronically (specify submission method) by
18/02/2025.
• Format: Business plans should be submitted in (specify
format, e.g., PPT).
VI. Awards and Recognition: (Certificate or recognition
for winning teams.)

OBJECTIVES:
This quiz competition aims to:
1. Encourage students to explore their knowledge in
various disciplines.
2. Build self esteem.
3. Empower students to use their knowledge &
learning regarding past, present & future trends.
4. Motivate students towards full development of
their potentials in enhancing their knowledge while
having fun in learning.
General Guideline:
1. Only registered teams are eligible.
2. A team shall consist of maximum two students.
3. Quiz master’s decision will be final.
4. Use of mobile or other electronic device is not
allowed.
5. Replacement of any participants of a team is not
allowed after registration.
Round 1: Entry Round
Each team will be given a set of question paper containing 30
multiple choice objectives questions.
Time limit 15 minutes.
In case tie between 2 or more teams, further 5 questions will be
asked for final selection.
For correct answer 2 marks will be given.
Round 2: Buzzer Round
A question will be asked & them who press the buzzer first will
answer first.
10 marks for the correct answer.
Minus 5 marks for the wrong answer or if the team doesn’t answer
after pressing the buzzer.
No forwarding
30 seconds are allowed for answering each question.
Round 3: Visual Round
Teams will be shown clips and have to answer.
Each team will be asked 2 audio visual questions.
10 marks for correct answer and minus 5 for wrong answer.
No Passing.
30 seconds are allowed for answering each question.
OBJECTIVES:
§ The activity is about bringing out the creativity of the
participants. Its all about how well they can express their
thoughts.
Poster/Logo Making Rules:
ü The competition is open to students, who may compete
individually or in teams of up to four (4) members.
ü The poster/logo must align with the given theme.
ü All entries must be submitted by February 15, 2025, at 5:00
P M t o t h e ma n a gemen t dep a r t men t v o l u n t e e r s . L a t e
submissions will not be accepted.
ü Each participant/team may submit only one (1) entry.
ü The poster/logo should be created on chart paper.
ü Participants can use crayons, watercolors, acrylic paints, and
colored pencils for drawing.
ü The maximum time allowed for each participant is 30
minutes.
ü The participant’s name and contact details must included on
the front of the poster/logo.
ü The poster/logo should be clear and recognizable in both small
and large sizes.
ü Copyrighted images, stock illustrations, or AI-
generated content are not allowed.
ü The organizer reserves the right to modify the
rules or disqualify any entry that does not
adhere to the guidelines.
Judging Criteria

Objectives:
To encourage creativity, marketing skills, and quick thinking
by allowing participants to create and present innovative
advertisements for products or services. It helps in enhancing
communication, persuasion, and teamwork while making
marketing fun and engaging.
Rules
1. It is a Team event. Each team should have 3-5 members
only.
2. Ad should not more than 5 min for shoot and not more
than 8 min for live perform/act.
3. Team will be required to come up with the innovative ads.
Based on the creativity and how innovative the ad is, teams
will be shortlisted by the jury.
4. Teams have to make a new product name, punch line and
advertise the product/brand.
5. It’s preferred if the advertisement should have some social
and awareness message.
6. No exposure to biasness against any cast/creed/community
or religion is permitted.
7. Use of Vulgar/non-parliamentary expressions and
language will lead to disqualification of team.
8. The caution should be taken to refrain from
displaying obscenity, violence, prejudice, defamation
etc. in Advertisement.
9. Judging is done on the basis of team’s creativity,
stage presence and spontaneity, content adherence to
the topic, on- stage presentation, coordination and
overall appeal of the advertisement.
10. Decision of the Judges will be final and binding.

achieve.
v Decision-making: Rules governing how participants
make decisions, such as voting, consensus, or
individual choices.
v Evaluation criteria: Metrics used to assess
performance and determine winners or successful
outcomes.
v Ethical considerations: Guidelines promoting fair
play, integrity, and responsible decision-making.
It's important for participants to carefully review and understand
the rules and regulations before starting a management game to
ensure fair play and maximize the learning experience.
Objectives:
Aims to foster critical thinking, leadership, and
decision-making skills by engaging participants in
structured debates on management-related topics.
It encourages analytical reasoning, teamwork, and
effective communication.
Rules and Regulations:
Topics will be provided on the spot or given in
advance, depending on the format.
Each speaker gets 2-3 minutes to present their
arguments.
1-minute rebuttal round will follow.
Participants must stay on topic and present well-
structured arguments. Offensive or disrespectful
language is strictly prohibited.
