That an application has been filed by the financial institution, according to which the financial institution
legally owes a sum of Rs. 194028/- as on 27.01.2025 and interest thereon and they have requested to
settle the matter amicably.

Therefore, you are requested to be present on Monday, 08.03.2025 between 10.00 A.M. to 4.00 P.M. in
the National Lok Adalat, New Building, District and Sessions Court, Jaipur Metropolitan II Complex, Bani
Park, Jaipur. So that efforts can be made to settle the matter amicably by the bench of Lok Adalat.

That if any settlement has been arrived between the parties in that case the Lok Adalat bench shall
proceed with passing of award based on settlement to which no appeal shall lie. That in the manner the
dispute will be settled for once and all. That in case no settlement is arrived between the parties then in
that case financial institution shall be entitled to receive principal amount, interest, court fees and other
expenses from you and you may also be blacklisted by other banks and financial institutions.
