UNDERTAKING/DECLARATION

I, Neil GOSWAMI, a candidate for the Admission to BA/BBA LLB Program at SLS:,
Noida/Hyderabad/Nagpur for A Y 2025-26, conducted by Symbiosis International (Deemed University)
[Slli], Pune, do hereby undertake/declare as follows:

1. I understand and undertake that SIU admission process mandates me to appear for Personal Interaction
(PI) for admission to BAIBBA LLB at SLS Noida/Hyderabad/Nagpur. If I do not appear for the
same, my candidature will not be considered, in any circumstance.

2. I undertake and declare that the information provided by me is correct and not misleading in any of
the required fields while submitting admission form.

3. I understand and undertake that I shall not reproduce, upload, store, display, hyperlink, permit access
to any information/contents (physical/digital) or link in any form made available to me by SIU/SLS.
I also undertake that I shall not allow above activities to be performed even on my behalf.

4. I understand and undertake that I shall not give on rent or sell, metatag, misuse or misappropriate any
information made available to me, or even on my behalf of, by SIU/SLS.

5. I shall not record, share or use the audio and/or visual contents of the PI on any social media, electronic
platform, any third person by electronic means or otherwise.

6. I shall be present at the allotted date and time of Pl. If I miss the given slot because of any reason, then
my claim to appear for PI is deemed to be waived.

7. It shall be my sole responsibiljty in case of any problem with the hardware, software, internet
connectivity or any techrucal failures or power failure at my end.

8. [ understand and accept that in case of violation of this declaration and other instructions (including
notifications/gujdelines/ rules and regulations, issued from time to time by the SLS, Pune/SIU) and for
any discrepancy committed by me during the admission processes, my candidature is liable to be
cancelled, and may also lead to appropriate disciplinary / legal action as deemed fit by SIU.

9. I understand and undertake that I shall be responsible for violation of any of the IPRs of SIU/SLS.
10. I understand and undertake that I shall be responsible for any offer, abatement, attempt or preparation
with respect to acts prohibited above.

11. That in the event of breach of undertaking or wrongful use of contents/information beyond admissioTI
purpose, which is reasonably expected (expressly/impliedly) by SIU/ SLS, SIU and SLS Pune
reserves aJJ rights to take appropriate action (including disciplinary or legal) against me.

12. My action of uploading this document on the portal shall be deemed to be undertaking/declaration.
