MONETARY MONARCH stalked the pace on the outside, came under urging near the nine-sixteenths pole, made a bid in the three path
midway through the turn, took the advantage into upper stretch, shook clear while remaining on his inside lead outside the furlong marker,
swapped to the proper lead inside that marker and drew away under strong urging. GALLANT GRETA was hustled from the gate, disputed the
pace on the inside of foes, vied along the rail on the turn, turned into upper stretch under a drive, dropped back into the final furlong and proved no
match while able to get the place. SKY RUNNER pressed the pace on the outside, dropped back near the nine-sixteenths pole then chased the
pace, dropped well behind the vanguard in the two path on the turn then fell to the rear, moved out near the furlong marker and came back to get the
show. SHE'S A NATURAL dropped back early then moved out while well behind, angled in with five furlongs to run, saved ground early on the
turn, shifted to the three path at the three-eighths pole, moved to the four path late on the bend and failed to threaten. EASTERN STAR disputed
the pace, was asked in the two path on the turn, raced between foes into the stretch then moved out and tired.
