of the post of Director Finance (BS-19) NMU, Nishtar Hospital & Institute of Ophthalmology &
Allied Vision Sciences, with immediate effect.

2. Mr. Khursheed Ahmad Channar (CNIC: 31*******2345), Senior Budget & Accounts Officer /
Deputy Director Finance (BS-18), Tertiary Care Hospital (Nishtar-II), Multan is hereby entrusted
with the additional charge of the post of Director Finance (BS-19) NMU, Nishtar Hospital &
Institute of Ophthalmology & Allied Vision Sciences, Multan with immediate effect, for a period of
three months or till the arrival of a regular incumbent, whichever is earlier.
