Subject: Request for Approval of Marketing Caravan

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek your approval for a proposed marketing caravan that I
believe will significantly enhance our students under my subject to brand visibility and engagement with our
target audience. We are planning to organize a marketing caravan, a dynamic and engaging campaign designed
to take students learn how to make sales

Objectives:

 Students: By bringing our products and services directly to the consumers, we aim to increase student’s
confidence and bring a good marketing campaign.
 Engage with Customers: The caravan will allow us to interact with our audience in a more personal
and impactful way, gathering valuable feedback and building stronger relationships.
 Boost Sales: By showcasing their products and offering promotions on-site, we expect to drive
immediate sales and generate leads for future follow-ups.

Details of the Caravan:

 Duration: August 26, 2024 (8:00 am – 4:00 pm)


 Locations: Concepcion Holy Cross College Inc. Annex Building
 Activities: The caravan will include product demonstrations, free samples, interactive games,
promotional giveaways, and live entertainment to attract and engage the audience.
 Team: A dedicated Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Financial Management 2 nd
year students under the course of Principles of Marketing will manage the caravan, ensuring smooth
operations and maximum impact.

Expected Outcomes:

 Enhanced brand presence in key markets


 Increased customer engagement and satisfaction of the students
 Direct sales and lead generation
