How can we stop the bullying?
As awareness has been given about the negative effects of bullying. We all have to stop it so that
no one is left behind or loses their life because of us. We all have been and are doing it
somewhere. We need to take stock of ourselves so that we don't bully anyone. If you are doing it,
it is very important to stop it.
It is very important for parents and teachers to educate children about bullying. If children
encounter this at school or academy, they can tell their parents or teachers so that they can take
precautionary measures to prevent it and prevent the child from being bullied again.
Following are some ways to prevent bullying.
Make friendship
Friendship is a very beautiful relationship. Young people should look around and try to make
friends with people who have no friends. Who have been bullied. You should befriend them and
help them regain their lost self-esteem. Get them involved in different activities with you so that
they can meet different people and move forward in their lives.
Standing against bullying
If you are safe and it is easy for you to talk to the person who is bullying you and tell them that
you are doing something wrong and it is not okay to do it. Please stop doing this to me. If talking
is difficult or dangerous for you, you should talk to an adult about your problem so that they can
help you.
Parental Tasks
It is very important for parents to teach their children not to talk about anyone's appearance and
not to speak anything bad for someone. You have to explain all these things to your child
whenever he starts his schooling. If your child ever comes home and start makes fun of a child or
says anything bad about other children, parents need to tell their child immediately that is wrong,
so that your child does not bully anyone in the future. You need to make it clear to your child
that all human beings are equal, whether black, white, fat, thin, tall or short.
Important message
Adults, teachers and others who are working should write and paste messages in their schools,
colleges, universities and offices etc. in which they are urged to stop or prohibit bullying.
How to deal with bullying?
There is no one solution to dealing with billing. To deal with it, some important tricks have to be
followed and then it can be dealt with. Because being a bully is not just one or two incidents, but
it keeps repeating its attacks in life. It is important for us to understand how to stop. Remember
that you must think about what someone has said or done with you are they really important to
you that you keep thinking about them and fall victim to various diseases?
Following are some tips for dealing with billing.
1. Don't blame yourself
If someone badmouths you or treats you badly, then it is not your fault. You have no need to be
ashamed. The problem is not with you but with the people who do all this to you.
2. Be proud of yourself
Don't care what people say about you. You should focus only on positive things and think only
positive things. Remember that you are unique and precious. Be proud of yourself and focus on
the goals you want to achieve in life.
3. Troubleshooting
Some bitter experiences in life make you very anxious. It becomes very difficult for you to get
rid of these worries and thoughts. To get rid of these problems, you should exercise and eat a
good diet. Do exercises that reduce muscle tension. Every person likes to do something, such as
playing, spending time with friends, reading and writing. This will keep your mind very
energetic and happy.
4. Understand the bully
It is very important for all of us to understand the mind of those who bullies and what they want.
Why do they misbehave with us? Actually they want to control you. They want us to do as they
say to us. That's why they make fun of us. But you should never respond to their taunts with
anger. By doing so, they will feel that they have succeeded in their goal. You have to pretend
that you don't care about any of their actions. You have to convince them that they cannot control
you.
5. Ignore
We know that not everyone's situation is the same. We all know this. If it's easy for you to make
fun of people who bully you, then make fun of them and ignore what they say. Convince them
that they have no control over your emotions.
6. Looking at it from different perspectives
You have to look at cat abusers from a different perspective, they are mostly fed up and unhappy
with their lives. They want you to be unhappy too, but you should never satisfy them in this
matter.
7. Things to think about
There's no denying that bling can be extremely painful. What you need to do is ask yourself how
important they are to you. Is it important enough to keep you thinking about it for years? would
you thinking on these thing you will stop moving forward in your life? If the answer to all these
things is "no", then invest your time and thoughts in something that will be beneficial for you.
8. Focusing on the positives
It is 100% true that every human being has some problem or sorrow in their life. But remember
that in life where we have sorrows, and problems, we also have many good things. Like our
parents, our best friends and some things that are very close to our heart. Similarly, wherever you
are surrounded by negative minded people in life, there are also some positive thinkers. You
should try to think about the good things you have and remember the words of people who think
positively.
9. Not trying to control the uncontrollable
There are many things in life that we cannot control. One of them is the way people treat us. You
should focus on the things that you can control. Like your feelings. Control your emotions Don't
let people's attitudes dominate your emotions.
