Instructions to Candidates
1. Issue of this admit card is not a confirmation of candidate’s eligibility for the post.
2. The details printed on this e-admit card must be checked by the candidate carefully. In case of any discrepancies, the
candidate is advised to contact aid.exams@gmail.com
3. Please take a clear and legible printout of the Admit Card in A4 size paper preferably using a colour photo printer.
4. Request for change in Test Centre will not be entertained.
5. The Admit Card is valid only if the candidate’s photograph is clear and recognizable.
6. Entry to examination venue will be permitted only against a valid Admit Card along with a valid Original proof of identity card
issued by any Government agency such as Aadhar Card/ Voter ID/ Driving License/ PAN Card / Passport.
7. Candidate has to ensure that this Admit Card is not misused. Any impersonation or misuse of Admit Card will lead to rejection
of the candidate’s application.
8. The signed admit card has to be submitted to the invigilator before leaving the examination centre.
9. Duration of the Computer Based Online Test is 90 minutes. Candidates must reach at the examination venue 60 minutes
before the commencement of examination for identity verification and other entry formalities like physical frisking, etc.
10. It is compulsory for candidates to use a standard face mask. Entry without bearing a face mask will not be permitted at all.
Candidates need to carry a small transparent hand sanitizer bottle with them, For verification purpose only, when asked by the
examination authority at the examination centre, mask needs to be removed. Inside and outside of the examination hall the
guidelines related to social distancing must be followed.
11. Candidates are advised to locate the test center and its accessibility at least one day prior to examination date so that they
can reach test center on time. No candidate will be allowed to enter examination venue after 11:15 AM on 22nd March 2024.
No late entry is allowed under any circumstances and the main gate of Test Centre will be closed half an hour prior to the
commencement of the CBT.
12. Candidates are advised not to carry any valuables with them. No facility will be available at examination venue for safekeeping
of such valuables. SDAU/Test Center will not be liable for any loss of valuables that the candidates bring with them.
13. Any hand bag/carry bags, Mobile Phone, Electronics Tablets, Laptop, Calculator, Digital Diary, Smart watches, Bluetooth device
or any other electronic gadgets will not be permitted inside the test center. Any candidate found using such devices or indulging
in other malpractices during the exam will be barred from the examination.
14. Friends and relatives accompanying the candidates will not be allowed inside the Test Centre.
15. This admit card is issued provisionally for appearing in the test solely based on the information furnished by the candidate in the
online application form. If at any stage of the recruitment process including after recruitment or joining, it is found that
information provided is incorrect / incomplete or not in conformity with the eligibility criteria, or if it is found that any material
information has been concealed / distorted, the candidature / appointment will be cancelled without assigning any reason
thereof without prejudicing the Company’s right to take any other action as may be deemed appropriate by the Company.
