 PREAMBLE

We, the Undergraduate Students of De La Salle University-

Dasmariñas, in order to form an inclusive representative student

government, guided by the Lasallian Core Values of Faith, Zeal for Service,

and Communion in Mission, assert our inherent right to student

representation in university and academic affairs, preserve, protect and

defend our inalienable student rights, encourage excellence in all areas

of student life, provide for the fulfillment of common aspirations,

promote the general welfare, embrace diversity of ideas to be

indispensable to democracy and governance, hold in high regard the

privilege of leadership, and the duties and obligations required of it, and

secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and students next, in Saint
