Subject: Nomination of one member for Eleven Aayam as per the decision of the 20th Triennial
Conference of Federation.

Dear Brothers and Sisters,


Sadar Namaskar,

I hope all of you are well and busy in accelerating trade union activities for protecting the interest of establishments and
its employees. As per the decision/ resolution adopted during the 20th Triennial Conference of our Federation held from
27 Dec 2024 to 29 December 2024 at Ordnance Factory Estate Ambajhari, the Federation has constituted 11 different
Aayams to strengthen our activities in various essential field.

These Aayams will focus on key areas such as,


1. Paryavaran Manch (Environmental Awareness)
2. Sarva panth Samadar Manch (Religious Harmony)
3. Samarsata (Social Harmony)
4. Swavalambi Bharat Abhiyan ( Self -Reliant India initiatives)
5. Swadeshi (Promotion of Indigenous Products)
6. Mahila Vibhag ( Women's Wing)
7. Media Vibhag (Media and communication)
8. Karyakartas Vikas Prakoshtha (Leadership and Skill development)
9. Vidhi Prakoshtha ( Legal Matter, labour right and grievances)
10. Varishtha Nagarik Parisangh (Senior citizens and Retired employees)
11. Theka Sharmik (Contract Workers)

To ensure the effective functioning of these Aayams all affiliated Unions are requested to nominate one dedicated member
for each Aayam during their upcoming annual general body meeting.

Your prompt action in this regards is essential for strengthening the organisation structure of our Federation across all
sectors. A copy of nomination details should also be sent to the Federation Headquarter.

We seek your full cooperation in this mission to build a stronger and more united Federation.
