Universities's much-anticipated cultural extravaganza. I am Prakriti
Joshi , and I'm delighted to share the stage with my co-host, Krishna
Agrawal.

Devbhoomi Uttarakhand की spiritual and natural essence सबको मंत्रमुग्ध कर

"That's right! Rajasthan is known for its royal history, vibrant colors, and rich
traditions.
Krishna:
"Indeed! We are showcasing the majestic fusion of Ghoomar and Kalbeliya dance
forms.
Prakriti:
These dance forms are a celebration of freedom that showcases fluid movements and
captivating rhythms.
Prakriti:
These dances are not just performances.
Krishna: They are an expression of Rajasthan’s history, rich lifestyle, and the
immense pride its people have for their culture.
Prakriti:

mein kho jayiye."

"Punjab is known for its two iconic dance forms—
Bhangra and Gidda. While Bhangra is all about high-
energy movements that originated as a celebration
of the harvest season, (Prakriti)
Gidda represents the elegance and grace of Punjabi
women, expressing joy and storytelling through
their dance."
Krishna:
"It’s not just about the moves; these dances reflect
Punjab’s vibrant traditions and its zest for life. आज के
performers आपके सामने वही जोश और नजाकत लेकर आए हैं!"
Prakriti:
"So, let’s not keep the excitement waiting—give it
up for our performers as they bring to life the spirit

BOLLYWOOD
After Punjabi Performance
Prakriti:
"Wow, क्या बात है! Bhangra ki unstoppable energy
और Gidda ki elegance ने सच में यहाँ समा बाँध दिया।
Krishna:
"Bilkul! Every beat of the dhol, every step—it felt
like we were right in the heart of Punjab.
Prakriti:
"Absolutely! लेकिन सफर अभी बाकी है mere dost / because
we’re now stepping into the glitz, glamour, and timeless
magic of Bollywood!"

After Bollywood Performance

"क्या बात है! ऐसा लगा जैसे हमने Bollywood का पूरा evolution
एक performance में देख लिया – retro ke nazakat से लेकर
modern beats ki energy तक
Krishna:
"But as they say, the show must go on! And अब हम
आपको लेकर चलेंगे Devbhoomi Uttarakhand की खूबसूरत
वादियों में, जहाँ हर धुन और हर कदम उस धरती की आत्मा को
बयाँ करता है। So stay with us for the grand finale!"
Prakriti:
Dancing runs in the very veins of the people of
Garhwal and Kumaon of Uttarakhand.
Jaunsari Dance
Krishna:
"Sabse pehle, hum aapko le chalte hain Uttarakhand
ke Jaunsar kshetra ki sanskriti se judi ek rang-
birangi prastuti, Jaunsari dance!
Prakriti:
"Is nritya mein aapko dekhne milegi logon ki khushi,
unka utsah aur dhol-damoun ke suron ki masti.
Krishna:
"Jaunsari dance ekta aur anand ka prateek hai, jo
pahaadon ki jeevant sanskriti ka pradarshan karta
hai!"
Prakriti: Get ready to witness the magic of Jaunsari ,
where every step is a story and every twirl tells a
tale.
Garhwali Dance (3 MINUTES)
Krishna: That was a truly remarkable performance.
Prakriti: jaunsari nritya ne toh sachmei uttrakhand
ki Virasat ko hamare samne jeevit kar dia.
Krishna: "bilkul sahi! Ab baat karte hain
Uttarakhand ke Garhwal kshetra ki pavitra sanskriti
ki, jiska prateek hai Garhwali dance!
Prakriti: "Yeh dance pyar, aur samajik kahaniyon ko
darshata hai, Instruments like the Dhol, Damaw and
Masakbeen adds a magical charm”.
Krishna: "Garhwali dance ek prarthana hai prakriti
ke saundarya aur Garhwal Himalaya ki amrit mayi
sanskriti ki. while also celebrating the beauty of life
in the mountains!"
Prakriti: Ladies and Gentleman, get ready to
experience the heart and soul of the mountains as
we welcome the Garhwali dance form to the stage.
Kumaoni Dance (3MINUTES)
Krishna: That was really an electrifying

"Chaliye iss manch ko banate hain aur rangeen,
Taal aur sur ke saath hoga dance ka scene!"
Krishna
"Kumaoni sanskriti ka jaadu dikhane aaye hain,
Manch par ek naye rang leke aaye hain!"
Prakriti: "One such dance that has captivated hearts
for generations is --
Krishna : the Kumaoni folk dance, a celebration of
joy, community, and the mesmerizing rhythms of
nature."

"Is dance mein talmel ke saath kiye gaye samuhik
kadam aur melodious folk tunes aapka man moh
lenge. The colorful attire and synchronized
movements make it truly captivating."
Prakriti:
"Kumaoni dance celebrates the cultural pride of the
region, bringing alive the joy and energy of the
Kumaoni hills!"

Kumaon. Let’s embrace the rhythm and joy of this

Choliya Dance (5 MINUTES)

FOLK PERFORMANCE WITNESS KIYE TO AB BAARI HAI

Choliya dance! This is a unique martial folk dance
that symbolizes bravery and valor."
Prakriti:
"Is NRITYA mein talwar aur dhal ke saath yoddhaon
ki sahas aur shaurya ki kahaniyan prastut ki jaati
hain. The rhythmic beats of the Dhol and Damaw add
a powerful energy to the performance."

"Choliya dance ek shreshth kala hai jo Kumaoni
sanskriti ke yoddhatma aur uske gaurav ko darshati
hai, while showcasing their warrior spirit and
heritage. "Choliya dancers, once fierce frontline
warriors in battle, symbolize strength, and the
indomitable spirit of the hills."
Prakriti:, Choliya nrityakar aaj Kumaoni shaadiyon ki
shaan hain, jahan ve apni talvaaron aur joshile
nritya se utsav ka rang badhate hain."
