INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING SUMMATIVE ASSESSMENT-02:-

1. All students are to be seated as per sitting arrangement.

2. All students should have their own stationary box and other instruments
regarding examination.

3. Answer copy will be issued to every student by the school.

4. The days and dates in which examination is not mentioned would be


considered as preparatory holiday.

5. There will be regular classes from 03-02-2025 to 10-02-2025 and school


timing will be as usual.

6. All the internal assessment from 03-02-2025 to 10-02-2025 will be taken in


zero period.

7. There is no change in transport timing during examination of SA-2.

8. Time allocation during 12-02-2025 to 27-02-2025 will be given as below:-

*School reporting timing: 8:05 am to 8:30 am

*Question paper reading timing: 8:30 am to 8:50am

*Examination timing: 8:50 am to 11:50 am

* Dispersal timing: 12:05 pm

9. Parents are requested to deposit exam fee along with monthly fee of
February up to 10th February 2025.

10. Exam fee for 9th and 11th class is 350/-

11. Answer sheet of SA-2 exam will be shown on 04-03-2025 (Tuesday).

12. PTM will be held on 17th March 2025 (Monday) from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm.

13. New session (2025-26) will start from 21st March 2025(Friday).
