Industry Report : E-Retail industry is expected to grow at a very rapid pace in the next few years. Forrester research estimated that from 2010 till 2015 the e-retail industry will grow by 10% annually. It has also been estimated that the industry will earn revenue of $279 billion by 2015 .There is a great scope involved in retail industry as the consumers are attracted to buy online due to various varieties of product and different competitive prices made available. The E-retail industry can achieve success in United States as it is one of the developed nations in the world, and almost every part of the US have access to internet. But there are some major issues which the e-retail industry should take care of i.e. the supply of product should be fault free and the computer security should be taken care off. It has also been researched that the clothing is one of the highly sold product in the US using online medium. The Neilson Company has also made a research on consumer behavior who tend to buy online and the result states that 57% of the people buy electronic product, 45% of the people buy cars and 37% of the people buy software's. The market share of US through online retail sales is presently at 8%-9%. The below mention graph shows the increase in online sales (growth) in USA :
