X. Rationale: The Department of Education ensures effective student leadership for
every learner to acquire lifelong learning skill for the 21 st century amid
covid-19 pandemic. Thus, the Department issued DepEd Order No. 29, s.
of 2021 otherwise known as School Calendar and Activities for School Year
2021-2022 indicating that school level elections will be conducted from
04-17 October 2021.
