1.0 Introduction

A job advertisement is a written or electronic notice that a business or organisation


intends to hire someone to fill a position with certain duties. Employers ask the general public
or specific candidates to apply through job advertisements. An advertisement for a job typically
includes parts that provide you with a summary of the key details of the role. The majority of
job postings include an application window. You may also need to follow any unique
application instructions that they may have. Contains six structured job advertisements,
including directions for applying, job title, job location, duties and responsibilities, job
requirements, business and benefits. Jobs can be posted on career websites, online job
boards, social media, newsletters, and other platforms. The term "job ad" or "job
advertisement". Other names for a job advertisement include hiring ads, employment ads, job
announcements, and job ads. Through the job requirements, information from job
advertisements can make it simple for people to discover their own jobs. People can easily
learn about the job for which they can apply from it.It is necessary to fly certain job prospects
in for interviews.
2.0 Project Background

This project presents a unique and challenging opportunity for an engineer passionate
about [specific areas, like design, analysis, manufacturing, etc.]. The successful candidate will
play an instrumental role in the development, execution, and success of this project.

The background of the project in the job advertisement is that we get a clear
understanding of the context, goals and importance of the project, enabling. Next, can see
how our skills and expertise can contribute to its success. In interviews, discussing this
background provides a starting point for dialogue and helps the interviewee understand the
project's scope, challenges and potential impact.

3.0 Executive Summary

Nearly all of the roles required applicants to have a degree in Mechanical Engineering,
preferably with specialty in one or more fields, based on the job adverts collected from multiple
sources. Only a small percentage of them are willing to hire someone with less education, like
a diploma or STPM.
Nonetheless, certain positions have a minimum two-year work experience requirement for
applicants based on their seniority level. This makes sense because businesses typically seek
to minimize the expense of starting training programs for recent graduates. Especially for
senior jobs, these companies are looking for candidates who can operate effectively and
efficiently with little to no margin for error. Certain jobs at Panasonic Appliances Air

graduates.

Based on the collected job ads, candidates seeking a career in engineering these days
need to have a mechanical engineering degree at the very least. It is not enough to just have
a diploma level certificate in order to pursue career progression in this field. Having a degree
further demonstrates to potential employers that we are knowledgeable in our chosen fields
of expertise because our accomplishments are indisputable. Technical skills are the aptitudes
and know-how required to carry out particular jobs. They are useful and frequently have to do
with tasks involving mechanics, information technology, mathematics, or science. Examples
include being familiar with mechanical devices, design software, reading technical drawings,
and so forth.
The capacity to communicate with people using a variety of technologies is referred to
as information and communication technology (ICT) abilities. Similar to IT (information
technology),(IT), ICT is the use of technology for routine, daily tasks, such as utilizing a tablet
or smartphone, sending emails, making video calls, searching the internet, and more. ICT
abilities are particularly important since most employers choose candidates who can execute
tasks using computer software in addition to having strong technical skills. The most used
software in this industry is AutoCAD, Solid Work, and Microsoft Office. Candidates with
experience with these kinds of software are in high demand since they help to save expenses,
labor costs, time, and needless effort required to finish the task.

It is, however, insufficient to only be an applicant with strong technical and ICT
proficiency. If this information is not effectively communicated through communication, the
company will still have serious issues because there isn't a shared understanding among the
staff. The process of two or more individuals exchanging thoughts, ideas, sentiments, and
emotions face-to-face is known as interpersonal communication. This covers both spoken and
unspoken aspects of interpersonal communication. These abilities include the capacity for
interpersonal interaction and communication. Often referred to as people skills, they often
combine a person's intrinsic personality qualities with their acquired ability to navigate specific
social settings. Since the success of a project depends on the cooperation of all the teams
involved, teamwork skills are undoubtedly the most crucial. Employers look for people who
can speak multiple languages to fill leadership, liaison, and management roles, so language
proficiency is also crucial. Candidates with strong interpersonal skills may benefit throughout
the interview phase of a job and may facilitate professional growth.

We can therefore draw the conclusion that possessing the abilities and specifications
listed by the businesses is sufficient and adequate to assist us progress in the engineering
profession.

The development of new technology and the enhancement of existing products, which
are vital to people's daily lives, are among the duties that engineers worldwide have to
perform. As we can see, our nation is searching for a skilled engineer with a multitude of
abilities. For instance, the capacity to resolve or get over issues that arose from the
manufactured goods. One may argue that an engineer needs to be open-minded and logical
in their thinking because of society's benefits. A few of the engineer's systems or products will
help the people in the surrounding area.

work should be easy to be solved.

new thing and new problem. He said having a problem is a good thing it make it you
learn, and not every problems are the same. Different project , different problems and

6.0 Valuable Experiences and Impacts on One’s Future Planning

The learning experience while completing the task, as a group is quite difficult because
it requires cooperation and good communication but fortunately, my group members and I get
along well. Despite taking our time with the many components of the task, the decisions we
made were difficult.
I find that there are many of possibilities to develop collaboration abilities while working
in a group. Learn how to communicate efficiently with the Whatsapp app, which simplifies
communication for all students. Secondly, the teamwork is improved by the leader's excellent
task distribution and ability to negotiate different points of view. This is a result of our group's
impartiality towards one another and equitable division of the labour. Within a group, we have
the opportunity to share knowledge and unique skills, allowing us to learn from different areas
of expertise, such as producing slides using the Canva application and making video
presentations in Canva, thus improving the overall results of the project. Next, being part of
this group can teach me and my group members about the importance of accountability and
being responsible for one's role in carrying out tasks. Dependence on the efforts of others
fosters a sense of responsibility towards oneself.
From this assignment I was able to learn to be fully responsible for the success or
failure of each given assignment. This encouraged my deeper understanding of the impact of
one's efforts in a group or alone on the overall outcome. I can also collaborate with group
members well. This assignment has an impact on me in terms of socializing and
communicating with each other. This is because each group needs to collaborate well to get
beautiful work results. I was able to learn from mistakes and understanding what went wrong
and finding solutions for improvement was a critical learning experience.
Both group and individual experiences provide unique opportunities for growth, each
emphasizing different skill sets but collectively contributing to a well-rounded learning journey.

Characteristics In today's rapidly evolving industries, engineers are essential because
they use their knowledge of scientific and mathematical concepts to design, develop, and
maintain a vast range of machines, systems, structures, and processes. Their complex jobs
include a range of duties that are all intended to solve the different kinds of problems that are
experienced in different sectors.
Each engineering specialty has its own tasks and responsibilities. For example,
mechanical engineering focuses on technical aspects, electrical engineering focuses on
electrical matters, and civil engineering focuses on all areas of mechanical and electrical
engineering. In this job advertisement are mainly focused on mechanical engineering. Firstly,
development and design engineers push the envelope of what is feasible in product and
system design by using their technical expertise and creative thinking to conceptualize and
produce novel solutions, this part can be seen in technical and special requirements.
Moreover, examination and evaluation are analysis and testing procedures are used to
guarantee the engineered systems' dependability, safety, and functioning as well as their
compliance with laws and industry norms. As a matter of fact, problem solving engineers can
be heard when Mr. Hakimi mention in the interview that he mentions as engineer they must
can solve a problem and this skilled in problem solving, they can recognize difficulties,
examine underlying causes, and come up with workable answers for complicated problems
they come across in their projects.
In addition, as a responsible engineer, they should be adept in project management,
in terms of schedules, and budgets to guarantee the successful execution of projects from
start to finish. This matter can be heard in Mr. Hakimi because he is the manager at M&E
Company and also most the advertisement wanted an engineer to handle a project or have
experience handling a project. In the meantime, quality assurance needs to keep up with
requirements by putting quality control mechanisms in place to ensure that the final systems
and products meet or surpass the set criteria for quality. Additionally, as engineers will be
working in groups, they must have strong communication and collaboration skills. This will
allow them to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams, share ideas, and explain complicated
technical concepts to various stakeholders. Hence, those who can adapt technologies can do
so constantly, bringing innovative approaches and state-of-the-art instruments into their work
to boost productivity.
To continue, an engineer might produce documentation and reports in response to
industry demands since they must keep thorough records of project progress, design
iterations, and testing results, Transparency and accountability are ensured via succinct and
clear reporting. To stay at the forefront of their fields, engineers need to be enthusiastic to
learn new things through continuous learning and stay up to date on the newest
advancements, techniques, and best practices. Finally, engineers protect moral principles and
advance sustainable practices, considering the social and environmental effects of their work
and advocating for ethical engineering solutions.
Characteristics Engineers are the engine of growth; their varied skill sets, creativity,
and commitment will shape industries of the future. Engineers play a critical role in tackling
difficulties, promoting collaboration, and producing sustainable and impactful solutions for the
constantly changing world by embracing their multiple roles and responsibilities.
Learning experiences
From this group work, I learned that working together is the main key for the work to
be finished. When teammates do not work together, the job itself will be left untouched. The
key is to find a balance between group and individual learning that works best for you.
Everyone’s learning style is unique, so it’s important to understand what methods help you
learn most effectively. Essential abilities like problem-solving, cooperation, and
communication can be developed through group work. It exposes you to several viewpoints
and methods for completing a problem, which might improve your comprehension and
inventiveness. Numerous professional domains place a great emphasis on these abilities.
From these job advertisement findings and the interview, I can see that every job needs
certain qualifications and skills to be accepted and to fit in with the job scope. Since then, I
saw that I need to explore more skills and special requirements. But, mostly in mechanical
engineering job scope they someone who can communicate, so they talk or negotiate with
customers work as a team. From this group work I can build my communication skills. Both
group and individual learning experiences can contribute to your academic success by
complementing each other. The skills gained from these experiences, such as teamwork,
problem-solving, time management, and self-discipline, are crucial in the workplace.
Recognizing your strengths in both group and individual settings can guide you in choosing a

Furthermore, obtaining a Professional Engineer (PE) license enhances credibility and opens
up opportunities for higher-level positions. Continuous learning is crucial in this field,
considering the rapid advancements in technology. Engineers must engage in ongoing
education to stay abreast of the latest developments, ensuring their skills and knowledge
remain cutting-edge.
After that, technical skills lie at the heart of mechanical engineering. Proficiency in
computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA is
indispensable. Mechanical engineers must also possess expertise in finite element analysis

Each individual member of the team is its strength, and the team is the strength of
each member. I've been curious ever since I saw these quotes because I can't seem to find
the real information. I knew going into this assignment that cooperation is crucial in a group
setting. For instance, the fact that everyone in this group works so hard and never gives up to
ensure we get the desired outcome truly inspires me to work hard.
Our journey to complete this work is extremely difficult. We have already discussed
how to ensure that this work can be completed without interruption. As the consequence, we
decided to divide the work so that it would be equitable for all members. There are some
problems that irritate us because we can't find a solution to them. But, thanks to the power of
friendship and teamwork, we were able to overcome those challenges and easily complete
this assignment. For example, if one of our group members is experiencing difficulties, our
group members will always try to assist as soon as possible because they do not want the
burden to be borne just by them.
We also managed to make our progress going smoothly. I think this is because we
managed to understand each other's commitment so that we can avoid some issues between
us. Throughout this project, my group members will always tell each other about their ideas
because they want to make all of us satisfied with the decision that they choose. By that, I
realize that by their actions, it also can help us to brainstorm better ideas so we can keep the
quality of the work that we have done. Other than that, besides giving a lot of effort, we also
have strengthened our bonding with each other. Maybe people don't see it as an important
thing, but it actually helps us a lot.
Furthermore, while working on this assignment, we learned a great deal about
mechanical engineering. Everything had made us more aware of the fact that this is not a field
that should be denigrated. During our interview, Mr. Hakimi, a qualified engineer, gave us a
brief overview of his background, his role, and the duties he must fulfill to ensure he can make
a significant contribution to society as well as to himself. It increases our motivation to work in
this area.
Finally, I want to thank each and every one of my group members for always lending
a helping hand and for the opportunity to work with them. Perhaps with the contributions we
currently make, we can ensure great content and an outstanding assignment outcome.
