RECIPE
Mango Juice
Ingredients:
3 large mangoes cut into cubes (peeled).
80ml of water.
Sugar to taste.
Opcional ice.
Steps to follow.
1. Place the mangoes and water in the blender and
blend at high speed. Mangoes are naturally sweet
but you can add sugar if you wish.
2. Serve in glasses and decorate with mango slices.
RECIPE
Baked salmon with vegetables
INGREDIENTS: 4 salmon fillets
2 carrots cuf into sticks
1 brocoli cut into florets
2 tables
1 lemon sliced
Fresh dill for garnish
PREPARATION:
1.- Preheat the oven to 200 c (392 f)
2.- Pleace the salmon fillets on a baking tray
3.- Spread the carrots and brocoli around the salmon
4.- Drizzle everythings with plive oil and season
5.- Place the lemon slices on top of the salmon files
6.- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the salmon is
cooked through and the vegetables are tender serve
hot and garnish with fres dill
