Our house
I’m Mike. My family’s house is near the ocean. It’s a big house, and it’s about 100 years
old. There are four bedrooms in the house. One is my parents’ bedroom. The others are
for me, my sister Jane, and my brother Chris. Jane’s bedroom is downstairs. She’s nine
years old, and her bedroom is very small. The other bedrooms are upstairs.
My room
My bedroom is cool. There’s a bed, of course, and there’s a desk. There’s a big,
comfortable armchair, too. There isn’t a TV, but there’s a computer on the desk. It’s my
favorite thing in the room! There’s a CD player, and there are about fifty CDs in a
cupboard. There are some posters on the walls.
My brother’s room
Chris’s bedroom is different. He’s eighteen, and there’s a TV in his room. But there
aren’t any posters in his room. There are some books on a shelf, but there isn’t a CD
player. His room is boring!
