Activity 4: Intellectual Revolutions that Changed Worldview

Introduction:

Teams have cultivated into personality and decision-making organizations. As a

result, the ability to control and interact effectively is critical for achieving company goals. The
achievement of joint objectives is so notably influenced by personality. Thus, it’s vital to
understand the characteristics of both common and potential employees. As a result, while a
discussion of personality theory can be generalized, an overview of the techniques used in
personality and self-awareness test was recognized. For example, the theory of personality traits
aims to characterize personality in terms of the features demonstrated. The following
characteristics are present: diffidence, aggression, tractability, sloth, ambition, and cowardice.
(“Personality,” n.d.). In light of this, these characteristics offer a foundation for comprehending
conduct when used in the workplace (“Personality,” n.d.). The importance of comprehending the
many individualities that people bring to an association cannot be overstated. In regard to job
happiness, circumstances, and interpersonal connection, it first aids human beings in
understanding themselves personally and efficiently. Second, managers have the ability to
evaluate the attainment, job fit, work style, perspective, encouragement and growth capability of
both prospective and current employees or workers. (2012) Chapman.

Body:

I’ve figured out that our own personalities or different behaviors have a big impact on
how we handle and make decisions in our lives and in other areas. And whether our decisions are
right to or it make our lives easier and help or guide our fellow people who are having a hard
time deciding what to do to make their lives better and what dreams they want to reach and fulfill
to be able to help their families or parents have a more stable life and provide all their needs.
When we make the wrong decision or take the wrong steps, it affects our thinking and our body.
We can’t do the things we want to do properly, we can’t talk properly, and we don’t have or lose
our mood because of the wrong decisions and deep thinking. That’s why we should be calm in
all situations so that nothing bad or strange happens like yelling at each other,
misunderstandings, or fights because of wrongs decisions or things we say that we don’t feel or
notice are already hurting others feelings.

Conclusion:

In conclusion, it is important for us to know that we should be broad-minded toward

each other. By giving one person or each person the chance to explain their side, we can have
equal treatment and not one-sided treatment. Because when only one story is heard, the person or
listeners will not understand the whole incident. When we listen to both sides, it will be easier
for us to know the whole story or what exactly happened. Lastly, no one is perfect; everyone
makes mistakes; so we should respect each other and humble ourselves as much as possible
because we don’t always know what is happening in someone’s life and neither do they know
what is happening or what you are going through, So instead of judging or talking, let’s work
together to fix it right away and reduce the burden we feel.
