* Do not bring a laptop or any other similar device, these are not allowed into our office
* We will screen and search your baggage when you enter our office to keep our staff and other customers safe. Please keep
baggage to a minimum to help prevent delays

* A completed application form
* A payment mandate form
* 2 new and identical colour photos of the person who the passport is for
FS

* Original supporting documents (for example, a birth certificate) and a colour photocopy of each document. The original
documents will be returned to you at the appointment. You must get documents translated by a professional translator if they are not
in English or Welsh (this includes documents showing your address)
* If applicable, your current British passport and a full colour photocopy of the entire passport (including blank pages). After you
have applied for a new passport, you will not be able to travel on your current passport, but you will be able to keep it for identity
purposes.
