OUR PRODUCTS

FRP SQUARE COOLING TOWERS.

The Square Shape FRP Cooling Towers are designed specially for an alternative to round model for
selection to our buyers. The Cooling Tower consists of Honey comb PVC Fills and eliminators in
design that maximizes economy and efficiency and directly driven fan and Motor with spray nozzles
‘Minimum drift Losses’. It is also required with a Hot dipped Galvanished Hardware with
Rectangular casing body.
This type of cooling towers work on the principle of counter flow. This means that the water flows
down while the air is pulled upwars by a fan. As the water flows fruther through the system. the air
encounters is fresher, in other words cooler and less saturated with moisture.

FRP INDUCED DRAFT COOLING TOWERS.

FRP Cooling Tower described as the product of a special type of fiberglass reinforced plastic that is
used to manufacture cooling towers and other similar types of structures related to air conditioning
units. They are primarily accountable for removing heat from water that has gotten hot during indus-
trial processes.

PVC FILLS.

PVC fills, also known as PVC cooling tower fills or PVC fill media, are an integral component of
cooling towers. They are used to facilitate the efficient exchange of heat and moisture between the air
and the water in the cooling tower. PVC fills consist of a series of closely spaced corrugated sheets or
vertical bars made from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material.

ROUND BOTTLE COOLING TOWER.

The Round Cooling Tower is a technologically advanced product, preferred for its excellent design and
efficiency. Due to its round shape, the air flow inside the tower can be evenly adjusted. This helps to
distribute the air evenly inside the tower. It has a hot water inlet at the bottom collection sump. The
water is circulated vertically to the mechanical rotary sprinkler which is found above the fill media.
Inside the round shaped tower, also known as the bottle cooling tower, the inlet water pressure rotates
the sprinkler. It has extended arm pipes with orifices which help to evenly disperse the water over the
fill media. Water loses its latent heat as it passes through the fill media.
