Dear General Manager, I am writing this letter to express the interest of the company SOFT TRADING
EXPRESS in purchasing gasoline and diesel in your refinery. As statutory Managing Director, I formally
request the supply of 100,000 tonnes of gasoline and diesel, in accordance with our needs.
SOFT TRADING EXPRESS is a reputable company in the fuel distribution industry and we have been
serving the energy needs of our customers for many years. We are firmly committed to offering high
quality products and services to our customers, and we are convinced that your gasoline and diesel
will meet our expectations.
Our company conducted an in-depth market study and found that SNK NEDRA has an admirable
reputation for providing premium quality petroleum products. We are confident that establishing a
business partnership with SNK NEDRA will be mutually beneficial for both parties.
To proceed with the purchase, we request the following information from SNK NEDRA:
1. Detailed gasoline and diesel specifications, including quality standards and certifications.
2. Pricing details, including cost per metric ton and any applicable discounts or incentives.
3. General delivery conditions, including estimated delivery time and preferred mode of transport
