D. Production Process and Controls that will be used to
manufacture the product
Below is the process of how to make a Fuge Delights:
1. First prepare all the ingredients needed and also the tools
2.spread butter or margarine all over the pan to prevent it from burning if it is
baked. Don't forget to dust it with flour to prevent the brownies from sticking.
SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL – ACADEMIC TRACK
3. grab a bucket and a dipper, and get a bucket and a half of water. Pour the water
into the bucket. Then, add half a cup of sugar, followed by the food coloring, and 10
pesos worth of cooking oil. Next, add at least one scoop of baking soda, and then
add 50 grams of margarine. After that, add one scoop of angel (presumably angel
food cake mix) and then half a cup of flour cake and half a cup of ordinary flour. Mix
all of these ingredients together in the bucket, and then mix well. It's best to have
extra water in a dipper to adjust the texture of your dough. Once mixed, gradually add
water to adjust the texture. You'll know it's right when the dough resembles a thin
porridge - not too thick, not too watery, just right.
4.Let's go back to the pan. Pour the mixed dough into the pan slowly, spreading it
evenly. Gently shake the pan and tilt it slightly to ensure the dough covers the entire
pan. Let it sit for at least 5-10 minutes to rise. You'll know it's ready to bake when it's
risen slightly in the pan.
SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL – ACADEMIC TRACK
5.While we wait for the dough to rise, let's make the icing or topping. Get a clean pan
and add half a cup of sugar, followed by 10 pesos worth of cooking oil.Next, add 100
grams of margarine, followed by 100 grams of flour cake. Then add the evaporated
milk, condensed milk, coffee stick, Milo, and one egg. Mix it all well, and once the
texture is smooth, place it on the stove over medium heat. Keep stirring it constantly,
don't leave it unattended. To avoid burning the bottom of the icing, keep it on the side
and monitor it closely
6. Now let's move on to the dough. After 5-10 minutes, place the dough in the oven.
Set the oven to medium heat, 100 degrees Celsius, and place the pan on the top
rack, not the bottom, to prevent the dough from rising too much.
SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL – ACADEMIC TRACK
7. Let's check on the icing. Once it smells fragrant and has thickened, transfer it to a
clean container.
SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL – ACADEMIC TRACK
8.Next, check on the dough in the oven. You'll know it's done when you insert a
toothpick into the center and it comes out clean, without any dough sticking to it. If
there's still dough on the toothpick, it's not ready yet.Carefully remove it from the
oven. The pan will be hot, so remember to wear gloves.
9. Let the dough cool down with a fan. Once it's cool, use a pan to flip it over. Then,
take the icing we made earlier and spread it evenly over the top. Finally, sprinkle
some crushed peanuts on top.
