JOB SAFETY ANALYSIS


This Site Safety Plan / Job Safety Analysis shall be accomplished as a pre-requisite to the approval of the Work Permit. A copy of this
shall be made available in the worksite. It shall be discussed by the workgroup lead (e.g. Foreman, Construction, Specialist, Contract
` Monitoring, Engineers, Specialist or the Frontline Supervisor) prior to the start of work.
