JOIN OUR TEAM OF YOUNG PROFESSIONALS (YP)
At the Block level
Rajasthan Grameen Aajeevika Vikas Parishad (RGAVP) designated as a registered body under
the aegis of the Department of Rural Development, Govt. of Rajasthan, aims to develop a
talented pool of Young Professionals (YPs) who have a passion for working with the poor and
have the potential to become mature development professionals. It will be a unique opportunity
for the YPs to learn a community development approach to fight against poverty through a
well-structured field and thematic exposure.
Young Professionals will be responsible for designing and implementing successful livelihood
strategies, scanning of rural scope for strengthening & expansion to SHG women local
entrepreneur head in achieving self-reliability and sustainability, developing & ensuring higher
evolution indices and profitability. ROLES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Work closely with the Project
Position: YP at a block as Block In-charge
Facilitation Team & Community
Remuneration: Rs. 40,000 per month
Cadres by visiting the grassroots
Location: Anywhere in Rajasthan
institutions i.e., SHGs, VOs,
Age: Not more than 30 years on joining date
Producers Groups & CLFs.
Student should be newly passed out Post
Graduate To create a system of quantifying

OTHER ENTITLEMENTS derived through the intervention

An annual increment of 5% on gross compensation this project.
30 days of Casual Leave in a calendar year. Undertake periodic impact
Maternity leave of 180 days assessment studies & monitor
TA/DA for YPs as per norms of RGAVP project activities.
Communication Allowance: Rs. 1500 per month
(including Internet) on actuals Identify areas of specia
Laptop Allowance of Rs. 2000 per month (as per the intervention and innovation l& work
policy) for them
To prepare guidelines, implement
quality pilot-projects
Supporting block & district teams
and rolling out the projects.
