PETITION.
This humble petition of KENNETH MUKISA showeth that;
1. Your petitioner is an adult male Ugandan aged 35 years and of
sound mind.
2. That the late LUKA NSIMBI (hereinafter referred to as the
deceased) died intestate on 22nd August, 2023 when his car collided
with another car. (Attached is a copy of the death certificate of
the deceased marked Annexure A)
3. That the deceased did not leave a will at the time of his death and
your petitioner is his wife (attached is a copy of the petitioner’s
Marriage certificate marked Annexure B)
4. That the Deceased at the time of his death left behind the following
children with a one Jane Asimwe;
a) MARIA TTENDO (Aged 15)
b) LUKA MITI (Aged 19)
(Attached are their birth certificates of each of the children
marked Annexure C, D respectively)
5. That at the time of death the deceased also had children with his
first wife Margaret Birungi namely;
a) JONAH BUGAGGA (Aged 32)
b) FORTUNATE MARGARET NNUGI (Aged 28) (Attached are
their birth certificates of each of the children marked
Annexure F and G respectively)
6. That at the time of his death, the deceased had the following
dependents;
a) SAMALI BIRUNGI (Aged 12)
b) YUNIA MIREMBE (Aged 85) Mother
7. NINA DEMBE (Aged 12) Niece
8. That the deceased left the following property within the jurisdiction
of this court;
a) A residential house at Kawuku, Entebbe road, where the
deceased used to live with his first wife, Margaret Birungi and
children.
b) A residential house at SSONDE WAKISO district, where the
petitioner lived with the deceased and their children.
c) A Maize mill on one acre of land at Abayita' ababiri, Entebbe
Road, WAKISO district.
d) Five acres of land at Bendegere-Busiro Block 180 Plot 234.
e) A commercial building at Nkumba Lyamutwe in WAKISO
district.

9. Your Petitioner believes that the approximate value of the property


likely to come into her hands is estimated at forty five million Uganda
Shillings.

10. That at the time of his death, the deceased had a fixed place of
abode at Ssonde, Wakiso district.

11. That the Administrator General and Surviving beneficiaries have


no objection to this petition. (Copy of the Certificate of no
Objection and minutes of the family meeting hereto attached as
annexure I and J respectively)

WHEREFORE Your petitioner humbly prays to this Honorable court


that Letters of Administration to the Estate of LUKA NSIMBI
( Deceased) be issued to him.

the residue of the said estate in accordance with the law and I shall
exhibit true and perfect inventory of all and singular effects of the estate
of the deceased and render a true account thereof whenever required by
law to do so.
