Herein Complainant Complaints as follows:
Complaint with regards to Cancellation of Part Occupancy Certificate of CS no 818, G/South,
Unity Tower, B Wing, P. B. Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai – 400013 and Criminal action to be
taken against the Officer Incharge.
1) Please find Supplemental Agreement (Copy Attached) where in agreed Carpet Area
stated is 421 Sq Ft.
2) Also find Approved Plan (Copy Attached) by Executive Engineer Building Proposal City
– I, wherein Approved Carpet Area is 411 Sq Ft. For Flat no 201, 408 Sq Ft. For Flat no
202, 408 Sq Ft. For Flat no 203, 417 Sq Ft. For Flat no 204.
3) But as per Letter no A&C/30/MEA/Survey/2017-18, dtd 12/03/2024 (Copy. Attached)
Carpet Area Measured and Certified on 24.01.2018 by W.I. Mr. Sawant (Section GS-
06), Dy. Supt. Shri Dhumal and PR Shri. Jitendra Sali (Gen. Manager) is 400 Sq Ft. For
Flat no 201, 393 Sq Ft. For Flat no 202, 396 Sq Ft. For Flat no 203, 397 Sq Ft. For Flat
no 204.

Parel, Mumbai – 400013.
2) Also please take Criminal action against the Officer Incharge.
