WEAVING PATTERN

Inspired by a rosepath pattern found in a vintage Swedish book of weaving designs. The
sampler has a variety of motifs commonly found in krokbragd weaving. They are arranged
in colorful bands with a broader field in the middle of the design.

SKILL LEVEL EQUIPMENT & TOOLS


Intermediate

Warp: Approximately 103 yd / 95 m of 8/4 unmercerized cotton from STRUCTURE
Georgia Yarn Company (1680 yd / 1530 m per 1/2 lb / 227 g cone; Weave Structure: krokbragd weave
100% Cotton) in white.
Warp Length: 1 yd / 91.5 cm (includes 20 ” / 51 cm take-up and
