REPLACING THE REAR HEADLIGHT INCLINOMETER
The inclinometer is installed in the start of the boom to check
the position of the machine in the axle X and Y.
If you need to remove or replace the sensor you must calibrate,
here below the procedure.

INCLINOMETER REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE
Before starting the procedure, make sure you have all the necessary materials to perform the operations.
The machine must be turned off and in a safe position, without any mechanical, hydraulic or electrical component being in motion.
It’s necessary to use protective devices (PPE, personal protective equipment) suitable for the activity to be carried out.
It is also necessary to use special supports with appropriate capacity in which to carry out the necessary steps.
tank protection For the inclinometer replacement procedure proceed as follows:
Remove the tank protector figure 1 Disconnect the connector from
the headlight and remove the 4 fixing bolts to the frame figure 2
1- Turn off the engine and remove the electrical connector X235 and 3- Put a spirit level in the frame on the rear side of the machine. Start
REPLACING THE REAR HEADLIGHT BULB the inclinometer by the 3 screws. the engine and, with the help of the levelling system of the machine,
check if the machine is correctly levelled.
2- Install the new inclinometer and fix it without tightening the 4-Lift completely the boom and with the spirit level check if the ma-
screws. chine is correctly levelled.
Loosen the 2 screws. Remove the headlight lens and replace the bulb. If it isn’t use the levelling of the machine for put it in correct position.
