Dear Sir
I am a resident of the locality as above mentioned is writing this letter in concern to change
of damaged pole that stands at the (south of my house and in front of Rama Water Plant
,Gali no -24 vill Barola). The base of this pole has been almost damaged 60% and due to
such damaged base it is most likely to be falling in upcoming few days . In certain situation
is can cause a life threatening situation to some one .
I deeply believe that in such situation , the position of the pole plays a crucial role as the
change of position of pole under any advice onto the main street will to cause various
problem in turning and movement of vehicles .

I personally request as an active resident for the change of damaged pole on a priority
concerns , As the mentioned street is one of the busiest in our locality.

The Pictures of the damaged pole are been attached with the Query Letter .
