to maintain their property standards. Here's a detailed checklist:

End of Tenancy Cleaning Checklist

1. General:

□ Dust and clean all surfaces.


□ Wash windows, sills, and frames.
□ Clean all doors, handles, and frames.
□ Dust light fixtures and fittings.
□ Clean and polish mirrors and glass surfaces.
□ Vacuum and clean all floors and carpets.
□ Remove cobwebs from ceilings and corners.

Living Room and Bedrooms:

□ Clean and dust all furniture.


□ Wipe down and polish tables, chairs, and other furnishings.
□ Clean inside and outside of wardrobes and drawers.
□ Vacuum sofas and chairs, including under cushions.

Kitchen:

□ Deep clean the oven and stove top.


□ Clean the refrigerator and freezer (defrost if necessary).
□ Wipe down and disinfect countertops.
□ Clean the sink and taps.
□ Wash and disinfect the floor.
□ Clean all appliances, including microwave, toaster, etc.
